30 minutes — tired feet
You've been on your feet all day and nothing is actually injured. Half an hour in the chair, soak included, and you can walk to dinner afterwards without limping.
Every price, published
A foot massage costs $35 for 30 minutes, $50 for 45 minutes, $55 for 60 minutes and $80 for 90 minutes. Back massage starts at $38. Combination sessions, facials and the couples room are all below, with every duration and every figure written out. Nothing is held back for the front desk.
We're at 146 E 55th St, 2nd Floor, Suite 2B, New York, NY 10022 — open every day, 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM, walk-ins welcome.

Most people over-think this. The honest rule: buy 30 minutes for tired feet, 60 minutes for a specific complaint, and the combination when you want both ends of your body dealt with in one hour.

Tight calves, a sore arch, shoulders that have been at a screen for nine hours. An hour gives the therapist time to work one area properly instead of touching everything once.

30 minutes of foot, then 30 minutes of back. Our most-booked format, and the one we'd pick ourselves. Feet and shoulders in a single hour.
Chinese-style foot reflexology in a reclining chair — a hot herbal soak first, then thumb and knuckle pressure through the sole, arch, heel and calf. The single best thing you can do for feet that have walked Manhattan all day.
A foot massage here is $35 for 30 minutes, $50 for 45 minutes, $55 for 60 minutes and $80 for 90 minutes. Every one of them opens with a hot herbal soak.
You stay dressed. Trousers get rolled to the knee, you sit back in a reclining chair, and after the soak it's thumb and knuckle work through the sole, arch, heel and calf. Thirty minutes covers a day of walking. An hour is what you book when something specific hurts — and if that something is heel pain on the first step of the morning, read our guide to foot massage for plantar fasciitis before you choose a length.
Not sure whether you want reflexology or plain foot massage? We blend both, and the difference is smaller than the internet suggests — the reflexology vs foot massage guide lays out what each tradition actually claims. If you've just walked twenty thousand steps on Manhattan concrete, start instead with tired feet after walking NYC.
| Session | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 30 mins Foot Massage | 30 min | $35 |
| 45 mins Foot Massage | 45 min | $50 |
| 60 mins Foot Massage | 60 min | $55 |
| 90 mins Foot Massage | 90 min | $80 |
Table work on the back, neck and shoulders — the desk-and-commute muscles. Tell us your pressure and we'll match it, from gentle relaxation through firm deep-tissue.
Back massage runs $38 for 30 minutes up to $85 for 90 minutes. It's table work, in a private room, under a sheet — only the area being worked is uncovered.
Tell us the pressure you want before we start and change your mind halfway through if you need to. Light and relaxing, firm and therapeutic, or somewhere between: it's the same price either way. The 30-minute session at $38 is the one office workers book on a lunch break; the hour at $60 is the one they book on the way home. There's more on that in massage after work in Midtown.
| Session | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 30 mins Back Massage | 30 min | $38 |
| 45 mins Back Massage | 45 min | $50 |
| 60 mins Back Massage | 60 min | $60 |
| 90 mins Back Massage | 90 min | $85 |
Feet and back in one visit — our most-booked format. Start in the reflexology chair, move to the table, walk out with nothing left aching.
Combination sessions put feet and back in one visit, and this is where most of our regulars end up. The 60-minute combination — 30 minutes of foot, then 30 minutes of back — is $60, and it's the single most-booked thing on this menu.
The two 70-minute sessions are different animals. 70mins Foot massage and hot stone at $110 adds heated basalt stones to a long foot session; if you want to know what heat actually does and who should skip it, we wrote the honest version. 70mins Full body Deep tissue with Essential oil at $130 is full-body work with oil, firm pressure, no stones.
$60 for a full hour of foot and back work is around half what most Midtown rooms charge for an hour of either one on its own. If you're shopping on price, the arithmetic is laid out in real massage in NYC under $60.
| Session | Length | Price |

| 70mins Foot massage and hot stone | 70 min | $110 |
| 70mins Full body Deep tissue with Essential oil | 70 min | $130 |

| 60 mins Foot Massage plus 60 mins Back Massage | 120 min | $115 |
A 40-minute deep cleansing facial — steam, extraction, mask — paired with back massage. Skin and shoulders in the same appointment.
Three facial-and-back packages, $80 to $120. Each one is a 40-minute deep cleansing facial — steam, extraction, mask — followed by 20, 45 or 60 minutes of back massage.
It's the format for anyone who'd rather do one appointment than two, and it's rare in this part of Manhattan: we couldn't find a Midtown East competitor publishing an equivalent package at any price. More on how the pairing works in facial and back massage combo.
| Session | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 40 mins Facial plus 20 mins Back Massage | 60 min | $80 |
| 40 mins Facial plus 45 mins Back Massage | 85 min | $100 |

Two people, side by side in the same room. Book the pair together and arrive a few minutes early — the couples room is a single room and only one booking fits at a time.
Couples sessions start at $110 for 70 minutes. Two people, side by side, in the same room — one booking at a time, so come a few minutes early.
Midtown couples massage commonly runs $259 to $440 elsewhere in this neighborhood. Ours doesn't. Date night, an anniversary, or a friend visiting from out of town all work equally well; there's a fuller walk-through in couples massage in Midtown East.
| Session | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Couples back massage & Essential 2 services | 70 min | $240 |
| 70mins Foot massage and hot stone | 70 min | $110 |
| 70mins Full body Deep tissue with Essential oil | 70 min | $130 |

The practical part
The hot herbal soak. It isn't an add-on and it isn't billed separately — it's the first five minutes of every foot massage on this page.
For foot work, whatever you arrived in. Trousers roll to the knee and you stay dressed. Table work happens under a sheet, with only the area being worked uncovered.
One price per session. Evenings cost the same as mornings, Sunday costs the same as Tuesday, and there's no package you have to buy before you can book a single hour. See massage open late in Midtown for how the evening hours actually work.

The straight version. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says massage therapy may help with pain, stress and relaxation. Mayo Clinic describes relaxation techniques as a way to lower stress and ease tense muscles, and the American Massage Therapy Association points to research associating massage with relief from anxiety and muscle tension. None of that makes an hour in our chair a treatment for a medical condition. If something is injured, see a clinician first.
New York State licenses massage therapists through the NYS Education Department's Office of the Professions, and licensed practitioners use the title LMT. Ask about your therapist's credentials when you book — nobody here minds the question.
